  1. Guests entering Hobby Park will be required to sign document indemnifying Hobby Park against any claim, judgement, cost and or expenses made against Hobby Park.
  2. Maximum speed 20km.
  3. Alcohol to be consumed only in designation braai and lapa areas.
  4. General rules of the road apply within the park. It is an offence to drive in the park without a valid driver’s licences or under the influence of alcohol. Driving or operating any vehicle in a reckless or negligent manner or in a deliberate disregard for the safety of a person/s, animal/s or property is a serious offence and can result in the party, driver or person/s been removed from the facility.
  5. Right of admission is reserved.
  6. Adhere to gate times: Mondays – Sundays 8H00 to 17H00 (unless arranged with Management.)
  7. Vehicles must remain on designated roads at all times. Disobeying this rule can constitute trespassing on other land.
  8. No plant, animal, wild life or any natural or cultural items may be removed from the park.
  9. Littering prohibited.
  10. Fires can only be lit in designated braai’s.
  11. Behaving in an offensive, improper, indecent or disorderly manner will not be tolerated. It will be required that such person/s will be asked to leave the premises.
  12. Driver and all passengers to wear seatbelts.
  13. No passengers in the back of open vehicles.
  14. If the road regulations requiring any passenger or driver to wear the appropriate safety helmets or protection the same rule will apply within the grounds of the Hobby Park. This includes bikes, quads etc.
  15. All guests need to be aware when walking on the 4X4 track or anywhere in the park they need to be cautious of cyclists, vehicle, runners, bikes, fishermen and need to be alert of each other.
  16. Parents need to be alert that due to the dense vegetation children must not be left unattended. There is the potential for dangerous bugs, snakes, insects or animals. All children must be accompanied by an adult around the dams, 4x4 track and all excursions.
  17. Anyone entering these premises does so entirely at his or her own risk. The owner of the premises will not be liable for any injury to, or the death of, any persons or for the damage to, or destruction or loss of any property, including vehicles, whether caused by the ordinary or gross negligence of the owner, its employees, agents, contactors or any other person or resulting from vandalism or theft by the owners employees, agent, contractors or any other person resulting from any other cause whatsoever
  18. Trespassers will be prosecuted
